Payment Terms & Info:
Cancellation Policy: By registering for this event you are making a commitment to pay (and hopefully attend!). However, we understand life happens and plans change. For this reason, we do allow cancellation requests. Requests made in writing to summit@texasgroundwater.org by July 31 will be refunded to the original payment method, less a $75 administrative fee, even if the invoice has not been paid yet. Duplicate registrations, or registrations made by mistake, are not exempt from this policy.
Hotel Reservations: The room block is sold out. If you would like to join the waitlist you can fill out our room block form here. Rooms that become available will be assigned through the waitlist as space allows. If you have a room that you would like to cancel, please also fill out the form so that we may assign it to those on the waitlist (as opposed to cancelling directly with the hotel). TAGD has secured a room block at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort at the discounted rate of $167/night. Reservations can be made online at the booking link provided in your confirmation email as they are available or until August 10.
