Welcome to the EXHIBITOR registration portal for the 2026 Texas Groundwater Summit!

Before you begin:

  1. This form will allow you to register for an exhibit space at the 2026 Texas Groundwater Summit. 
  2. Exhibitor spaces will be in the Independence Foyer. You can view the space hereDue to the smaller nature of the "exhibit hall," we do not have a layout/space for you to choose from at this time. We may contact you in August if this becomes available.
  3. We limit our exhibitors to approximately 25 spaces. This creates a more intimate experience for our attendees and meaningful interactions for our exhibitors. 
  4. Each exhibit space includes an attendance badge for one person
  5. Any additional attendees can be added via the main event registration page here (please include a note that you will be exhibiting to ensure a ribbon on your name tag).
  6. TAGD members should log in with the email address associated with their membership to access member rates.

Payment Terms & Info: 

  • Each registration will incur a flat $20 administrative fee to cover registration platform costs and payment processing fees. 
  • You may pay online with a credit card via PayPal or mail us a check. We do not have another way of accepting payment.
  • For certain systems and users, the online checkout process may require a PayPal login before accepting a credit card payment. Please know this is not under our control and is dependent on browser cookies and other factors. If that is required at the end and you choose not to proceed, you are still responsible for paying your invoice and may send a check instead. 

Cancellation Policy: By registering for this event you are making a commitment to pay (and hopefully attend!). However, we understand life happens and plans change. For this reason, we do allow cancellation requests. Requests made in writing to summit@texasgroundwater.org by July 31 will be refunded to the original payment method, less a $75 administrative fee, even if the invoice has not been paid yet. Duplicate registrations, or registrations made by mistake, are not exempt from this policy.

Hotel Reservations: The room block is sold out. If you would like to join the waitlist you can fill out our room block form hereRooms that become available will be assigned through the waitlist as space allows. If you have a room that you would like to cancel, please also fill out the form so that we may assign it to those on the waitlist (as opposed to cancelling directly with the hotel). TAGD has secured a room block at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort at the discounted rate of $167/night. Reservations can be made online at the booking link provided in your confirmation email as they are available or until August 10.
