2026 Texas Groundwater Summit! 

The 15th Annual Texas Groundwater Summit will be held from September 1-3, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio. This premier event is the highlight of the year for groundwater professionals across the state, uniting a diverse group to explore emerging trends and new research over three informative days. In addition to insightful keynote addresses, innovative research presentations, and intriguing panel discussions, each registration includes:

• Afternoon snack breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Welcome Reception on Tuesday (bar, light appetizers)
• Grab-and-go breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday

• Custom buffet luncheon on Wednesday

• Happy Hour Reception on Wednesday (bar, light appetizers)
• Drinks & Desserts Networking Event on Wednesday evening

Please read before you begin:

1. We strongly recommend conferring with your team before registering to avoid duplicate registrations. We also recommend gathering a list of all your organization's IN PERSON only registrants before proceeding. Before finalizing your registration on the very last screen, best practice is to scroll down to double check the information you entered is correct. Once finalized, you will no longer be able to edit your registration.
2. You will be able to register multiple people at once - enter info for the main registrant and then click "Add Guest" for each additional conference attendee. Once done with attendee information click "Done" at the bottom right of your screen. Add more guests if necessary. For more help registering, click the link in #4. Registrations that include 9 or more attendees on ONE invoice are eligible for a discount on processing fees. Please email Annick to have this discount applied AFTER you have successfully completed registration. This discount is only available to those that request it before paying.
3. TAGD members should log in with the email address associated with their membership to access member rates.

Hotel Reservations: TAGD has secured a room block at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort at the discounted rate of $167/night. Reservations can be made online at the booking link provided in your confirmation email as they are available or until August 10. 

Payment Terms & Info: 

• Each registration will incur a flat $10 administrative fee to cover registration platform costs and payment processing fees. 
  
• You may pay online with a credit card via PayPal or mail us a check. We do not have another way of accepting payment.
• For certain systems and users, the online checkout process may require a PayPal login before accepting a credit card payment. Please know this is not under our control and is dependent on browser cookies and other factors. If that is required at the end and you choose not to proceed, you are still responsible for paying your invoice and may send a check instead. 
• Please note, if payment is not received before your ticket type expires (i.e. when it is no longer available) your invoice will be adjusted to match the ticket type and price available at the time of payment.

Cancellation Policy: By registering for this event you are making a commitment to pay (and hopefully attend!). However, we understand life happens and plans change. For this reason, we do allow cancellation requests. Requests made in writing to summit@texasgroundwater.org by July 31 will be refunded to the original payment method, less a $75 administrative fee, even if the invoice has not been paid yet. In-person registrations may be modified to a livestream registration at any time with no penalty. Duplicate registrations, or registrations made by mistake, are not exempt from this policy.
