The 14th Annual Texas Groundwater Summit will be held from August 19 to 21, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio. This premier event is the highlight of the year for groundwater professionals across the state, uniting a diverse group to explore emerging trends and new research over three informative days. In addition to insightful keynote addresses, innovative research presentations, and intriguing panel discussions, each registration includes:

• Welcome Reception on Tuesday (bar, light appetizers)
• Grab-and-go breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday
• Happy Hour Reception on Wednesday (bar, light appetizers)

Before you begin:
- We recommend gathering a list of all your organization's IN PERSON only registrants before proceeding.
- You will be able to register multiple people at once - enter info for the main registrant and then click "Add Guest" for each additional conference attendee.
- TAGD members should log in with their email address to access member rates.

Payment: You can pay online instantly with a credit card, or mail us a check. Each registration will incur a flat $10 administrative fee to cover registration platform costs and payment processing fees. For certain systems and users, the online checkout process may require a PayPal login before accepting a credit card payment. Please know this is not under our control and is dependent on browser cookies and other factors. If that is required at the end and you choose not to proceed, you may send a check instead.
Modifications: Email summit@texasgroundwater.org to request any of the following modifications:
- Add another registrant to an invoice you have not yet paid
- Change the name on a registration
- Switch between in-person and livestream

Cancellation Policy: The deadline to request a cancellation has passed. Cancellation requests, including duplicate registrations, made in writing to summit@texasgroundwater.org by July 25 will be refunded to the original payment method, less a $75 administrative fee, even if the invoice has not been paid yet. In-person registrations may be modified to a livestream registration at any time with no penalty.
Hotel Reservations: The room block is now closed. TAGD has secured a room block at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort at the discounted rate of $167/night. Reservations can be made online here as they are available or until July 28. We ask that you only book the number of rooms that you plan to use, as we typically sell out very quickly. This helps us to ensure more attendees are able to reserve a room and avoid late-summer cancellations that can make the room block difficult to manage. The resort fee is waived for rooms booked in our block, and guests staying Monday night will receive a discounted breakfast buffet on Tuesday morning. The Hilton overflow room block is now available.
