Welcome to the registration portal for the 2023 Texas Groundwater Summit! This is for in-person registrations only, to register for the livestream click here.
We recommend gathering a list of all your organization's registrants before proceeding. You'll be able to register multiple people at once - enter info for the main registrant and then click "Add Guest" for each additional conference attendee. TAGD members should log in with their email address to access member rates.

In addition to insightful keynote addresses, innovative research presentations, and intriguing panel discussions, each registration includes:
• Afternoon snack breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Welcome Reception on Tuesday (bar, light appetizers)
• Grab-and-go breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday
• Happy Hour Reception on Wednesday (bar, light appetizers)
• Drinks & Desserts Networking Event on Wednesday evening
Payment: You can pay online instantly with a credit card, or mail us a check. Each registration will incur a flat $10 administrative fee to cover registration platform costs and payment processing fees. For certain systems and users, the online checkout process may require a PayPal login before accepting a credit card payment. Please know this is not under our control and is dependent on browser cookies and other factors. If that is required at the end and you choose not to proceed, you may send a check instead.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made in writing to summit@texasgroundwater.org by August 1, 2023 will be refunded to the original payment method, less a $75 administrative fee. In-person registrations may be modified to a livestream registration at any time with no penalty.
Modifications: Email summit@texasgroundwater.org to request any of the following modifications:
- Add another registrant to an invoice you have not yet paid
- Change the name on a registration
- Switch between in-person and livestream
